For bloodwork and specimen pick-ups, have your lab order present at the the time of service OR your doctor's office may email or fax your lab order to TruBlood LLC prior to your scheduled appointment.
Gather your insurance information for bloodwork and specimens.
Gather your payment (credit, debit, HSA, FSA) for concierge services.
Contact TruBlood and tell us when & where to come.
An expert phlebotomist will come perform DNA testing, draw blood and/or pick-up any pre-collected specimens (urine, sputum, stool, semen, etc).
Your specimen will be immediately transported to your local lab or shipped to your national lab via FedEx, UPS, and/or USPS.
***REMEMBER, TRUBLOOD LLC DOES NOT BILL INSURANCE FOR CONCIERGE SERVICES. PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED FOR CONCIERGE SERVICE ARE CREDIT, DEBIT, FSA, AND HSA. INSURANCE INFORMATION IS TO ACCOMPANY THE LAB ORDER FOR LAB TEST RESULTING.
